With over two decades of experience in the education sector, spanning both K-12 and higher education, I have developed a profound understanding of the complexities and challenges that students face in their academic and professional journeys. My engineering background, coupled with my tenure at renowned multinational corporations such as TATA Interactive Systems, PEARSON India, SGS India, Ebix Smartclass, and Ceasefire, has equipped me with a unique blend of technical expertise and industry knowledge. However, it was my extensive experience in the education domain that revealed a disturbing trend - numerous students were pursuing careers that were not aligned with their passions, skills, or strengths, often due to influences from family members, relatives, neighbors, and friends. This realization was further exacerbated by the fact that many of these individuals continued to struggle in their chosen fields, despite investing significant time and effort, due to personal commitments and a lack of guidance. Moved by this scenario, I felt an overwhelming sense of responsibility to leverage my expertise and experience to make a positive impact on the lives of young individuals. This prompted me to pursue a career in counseling, with the goal of becoming a certified and authentic guide for students navigating the complexities of career choices. My motivation stems from a deep desire to empower the next generation with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to embark on a career path that is tailored to their unique strengths, interests, and aspirations, ultimately leading to a more fulfilling and successful professional life.
